Gore was very helpful. He called the Burlington NC location, to find a certain item because the system was down. Although we couldn't find the item, I was still pleased with the service. Still searching for matching soap dish and toothbrush holder.

Good prices when you find something you need. And the quality is pretty good on most items. For us it is worth stopping in when we are in the area. We live about 25 miles away so it isn't close enough to stop here on a regular basis.
