I have been a patient of Dr Jason Jones with Garner Family Practice for more than 10 years. He is great. He listens to me and is responsive to my concerns. Kitty is great too. And I have never had any problems with the front desk staff. All have been helpful. That being said, I know they have been thru a transition in the past couple of years that was not without its stress. I was understanding and patient while they worked thru this transition. I am good, they are good and I will not go anywhere else.
Wait times are ridiculous. It can be very difficult trying to reach them on the phone or to get a call back. It can be days before you can get an appointment when you are sick. I'd been a patient here for 7 years, but had to leave this practice for another one up the road that actually cares about my well-being.
After seeing so many negative reviews I wanted to take the time to tell my experience with this practice. I do agree that many years ago there was a period of time that it was very difficult to get seen and there were some unfriendly people at the front desk. I did change providers for a while for those reasons. But the current staff at this practice is phenomenal. I have spent a lot more time at the doctors office than I would have liked in the last year, but each and every staff member has gone out of their way to be accommodating. The ladies at the front desk are always pleasant and get me scheduled as soon as possible. Tina Scott and Crystal always take the time to listen to any concerns I have and always treat me kindly. I've only had good experiences in the lab. They respond to any questions or concerns I have quickly. Even when I'm feeling my worst it's comforting to know that I have a primary practice that wants to help.
Horrible Customer Service. I called in to confirm my appointment. After holding on line for 15 minutes. They put me on HOLD then they just HUNG UP. THIS WILL BE MY LAST VISIT TO THIS LOCATION. If you want CRUMMY CUSTOMER SERVICE COME HERE.
I had a great visit with Dr. Eaton-Jones. The office staff and nurse I had were also quite helpful. I'm thankful to have found their office.
