This is where it got even more fun. They didn’t show up AT ALL to have the items returned. In fact, when I went to the store after no one answered the phone, they told me they thought it was picked up the day before. What a joke of a store
Had a Geek Squad appt. and on time. Best part is he focused on my service need until complete. Additionally, we could communicate. Phone support for my non-Best Buy product was challenging to say the least.
I went to this store to purchase a desktop computer for my girls and found the one I wanted at a great price, the staff here is always friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help , I got assistance from two associates while I was there. I would totally recommend this store.
Everyone was really friendly. We were asked multiple times if we needed assistance or if we were finding everything okay. I really liked that. We will definitely be back.
I come here a lot and I think that this location does a great job with customer service. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable with an outgoing attitude. Their prices are super competitive with Amazon and I will keep coming back.
Wow where do I start. I’ve wasted 2 weeks of my time trying to buy a washer and dryer set from this store and the headaches have been endless. After having a group come (3 hours before the scheduled pickup window) and do a horrible job trying to install it, I decided to have the items returned.
