There are always several Cross Fit coaches willing to answer questions, and help you reach your goals safely, no matter what your current fitness level or question. There are many class schedules to choose from and the location is convenient for both Johnston and Wake county residents. There is plenty of space both inside and outside to workout with many options of scheduled group sessions, personal training sessions or open gym. I have found the cross fitter community at Cross Fit4042 to be very friendly, helpful and encouraging!
Such a great team of coaches. I have been here several times when traveling to Raleigh and am welcomed every time. If you are looking for a place to stop in for a few days or a place to call your own community, CF4042 is a great place to do so.
I love this gym. If you are on the ropes about if CrossFit is right for you, give this place a try. The coaches always make me feel welcome and encourage me to push myself further. A+ all around.
Great place to work out and meet some nice people. The coaches are great and are always available to answer questions or offer assistance. They offer several class times making it convenient for anyone with a busy schedule. It's very community focused as well.
I love this place. Coaches and box are all welcoming and I feel absolutely amazing after each WOD. HIGHLY recommended. The constantly changing and challenging workouts get me out of the hum-drum, which is a quick killer of interest in the usual fitness places or Youtube videos I've experienced. I love CF4042!
