Looking forward all week to this pedicure, and it lasted 23 minutes and that was with adding a paraffin treatment. I had an appointment as well. The technician was very nice, but I think she was pressured to hurry up. What is your time spent on pedicures? I have come before and it was near 45 minutes. I do not feel it was worth $40?!
I made appointments for me and two children, given I was late for my appointment due to traffic, but I still waited 45 minutes for myself after being told 10-15 minutes, after which I decided not to have anything done to my nails. I get home to find out one of my children’s toes are cut, pretty badly, now, I pray she doesn’t have any type of infection. Although his place looks elegant and beautiful it is way, way overpriced, not at all worth the wait and would not somewhere I would recommend.
Horrible place to get your nails done i wasted 1.5 hour of my time and 45$. I wanted acrylic nails with gel polish i showed him a specific shape and a specific color of their selection... they ran out of the color which was fine i understand however i wanted a dark red/wine red and he bring me bright glittery pink and i said no he brings me bright purple i said no finally he brings a red and i said whatever, i asked to see the colors again and never got them. He took so long and didn’t do the shape i specifically showed him. They are too thick and too short. He didn’t speak to me the whole time. I have been here 3 time and 2 out of the 3 times have been absolutely awful.. the other time the girl talked on the phone the whole time and didn’t listen to anything i had to say. Save your time and your money and don’t go here.
Amazing service. Professional nail technicians. Beautiful spa. I come here to have gel manicures and pedicures. Their manicures last more than two weeks. I make sure to go on days and times where there is less of a wait, like Friday evenings or Sunday afternoons. I don't wait long for service. Drinks are offered with service. I love this spa
They always do great work. I recommended them to all my friends! They build great relationships with customers!
