Would he have dined in their place I would have sent the meal back and left after explaining, politely, my dissatisfaction.
By far the Best Italian food in the area.... I would recomend it to anyone looking for great food and friendly service.. :-)
Look at my pics, the pasta dish was bland, even after adding my own spices I could not finish it. Look at the cheese sticks, see how drenched in oil they are? And how the cheese simply crumbles?
He also provided me with a Canoli for my problems. The Canoli is only reason I am giving the business 3 stars.
We tried to eat it, but ended up tossing it in the trash rather than trying to power through it.
Food is oh so good!! Service is NOT GOOD! Trying to charge a delivery fee to multiple people while driving to the same location?! Bad business. Again the food is good but i truly think they need to look at the business ethnics and service with customers.
I give this a two star, mainly because I've only been there once. I will not return.

This place.... Not enough words can express my utter disbelief that this place considers itself an Italian Pizzeria. I am highly disgusted with their food. Girlfriend ordered Spaghetti and Meatballs. Meatballs were bland, NO FLAVOR (tasted like they rinsed the meat in water for hours upon cooking). Spaghetti and Sauce was good. No problems there. Also ordered Garlic Knots and Chicken Fingers with Fries. Garlic Knots were oily and loaded with Garlic. We liked them. Now... The fries... Room temperature, dry and stale. No good. Spent $30 and only $7.00 was worth the muscle movement to chew the food.
Bland. Cold. Boring. The Knots sat in a river of oil. The mozzarella sticks were cold and crumbly not hot and gooey as they should have been. I had the Chicken Parmigiana, it was flaccid and the breading was a moist paste that had more fluid than taste. The chicken was so overcooked that it had to be chewed as if it were jerky. The pasta that came with it was flavorless, devoid of salt or pepper or any noticeable herbs or spices, a sauce from a jar would have been 10X better.
I set my order pick up time for 70 minutes in the future from time of payment. They contacted me 20 minutes into order saying it was ready. This leads me to believe that it was a precooked or left over meal or along those lines. And really, How can you mess up cheese sticks? Really, how? jeez.
ordered the classic white pizza and it was amazing. tastes just like the thin crust in NY! their calzones are just as good and service was incredible. 10/10 would recommend, very genuinely nice people
ONLY GOOD THING THAT CAME OUT OF THIS IS THE GUY (no name tag) REPLACED THE FRIES AND FINGERS. Now they are better.
I do not recommend. In fact I am so dumbfounded by the amateur hour nature of this order that I am COMPELLED to leave a review.
