Tonight my family of 5 went out to see a movie our service was great until we approached the concession area for service. First of all we were not greeted by the young man who waited on us. So I asked the young man if he was helping someone because there was a lady with her daughter off to the side of the counter. The young man looked at me wide eyed and turned his head from left to right as if he was looking to see if anyone else was there. He then looked at me and said, "No, I am not helping anyone at the moment. I would be helping you." It took everything in me not to address this young man's ignorant, smart *%$ remark. I believe my face advised him to change his dry stupid humor because he tried to quickly change his demeanor. I assumed that this may not have been the first time that this young man has acted like an idiot because a colleague looked at him as if he was crazy. Anyway, I continued to get my family's order filled and after finding seats I came back to ask for the manager on duty. Of course the manager seemed oblivious but did offer an apology. My family will never spend money at this movie theater again. Recently my daughter ordered a pizza and was sent to the end of the counter to collect. The lady making the pizza's by-passed my daughter and niece to give the pizza to another woman standing there. After waiting for the next pizza the lady decided to questioned my daughter about if she had actually paid or not. She refused to believe them and went to check out the truth with the person who rung up her order. This will be our last visit.

Last night, I wanted to go see a movie with my boyfriend because we haven't been to the movies in a few months. It was 8 pm at the time, and we went to the ticket booth to get the tickets. The movie we wanted to see was PG-13, so we didn't think we needed to show ID's. Both of us are 16 years old, but we were turned away because of a new curfew. You now have to be 17 years old or older to see a movie past 4 pm without an adult. I was mad because I am now not able to go to my local movie theater for a simple movie date with my boyfriend. Thank you, White Oak, for losing my interest.

Stadium seating and lots of movie choices make this theater better than other less expensive theaters. They also have good matinee prices. The sound could be louder, though, to make the surround sound experience better. The seats have full backs which is great, but they need more padding to be considered comfortable.

I bought my 15 year old daughter and her 16 year old boyfriend tickets to Jumangi at a 7:45 pm showing. the arrived at the theater and we not allowed to enter the theater. so PG-13 is defined as "Rated PG-13: Parents Strongly Cautioned – some material may be inappropriate for children under 13. Rated R: Restricted – under 17 requires accompanying parent or adult guardian." At no time at the purchase did the theater post that the rules were a 21 year old must accompany any one under 21 years of age on weekend showings after 4:00 pm. Not only did they refuse to let the my daughter and her boyfriend in the movie, they told me the only way to get a return for the tickets was to drive down and request it from a manager.

Children tickets are only available to the age of 11 and seniors for 60 or over, if you are going to restrict the entrance to a movie because a ticket holder is not 21, then the age for a childrens ticket should be 21, you charge an adult price at age 12, but then do not allow then to enter with out a person of age 21. You can not have it both ways.

If you have a issue with teens acting up at a theater, you remove those teens, just as you would if you had an adult acting up, you do not ban all adults because some adults act up, you would be out of business. I will post a follow up, if I get a refund for the unused tickets.

The movie was great. The Theater was pretty clean. But the bathroom was disgusting! With tickets being $12.50 each, I would have thought someone could clean the bathrooms. Every stall had stuff still in the toilets and toilet paper on the floors among other stuff. Had to wait till I got home to go.
