Most definitely a 5 star spa. Beautiful, clean, serene atmosphere. Very warm, welcoming staff. I originally went because I had a gift certificate, but now I wouldn't go anywhere else! They take the time to see what your specific needs are and "customize" each massage. Dena and her staff are professional, and customer service is outstanding. Alossi spa gives back to to the community and supports many local charities.
Wonderful people, great services, excellent atmosphere! I called on a whim on a Friday morning and asked for not 1, not 2, but 3 separate services so my daughters and I could all go at the same time...and they graciously figured it out for us and fit us all in that day for some much needed pampering! My younger girls LOVED the attention and want to go back! Come and enjoy their hospitality!

When you want a real upscale spa this is the place to go. The entire staff was wonderful, very friendly and accommodating. I chose to have a massage and a facial during our company's "Spa Day" there were 13 of us and I believe everyone of us was 100% satisfied and relaxed after our services. Alossi Renewal Spa has many services and awesome specials monthly. Alossi, is honestly the true definition of what a "Renewal Spa" should be. Thank you, I can not wait to get back there~
