Alright been to this store twice since I moved to Raleig. The first I went I had a good experience every worker there asked if I needed help. Now today my second time there was a little weird my wife and I asked for help about the cats in the cat room she said I will get someone else. So waiting actually 6 minutes a guy finally shows up and sause "I'm busy we need to do this quick". In a very sarcastic way. So he helped with the cats so we now walking around the store and also getting something for my dog. We see the same gentleman and his busy was on his phone by the reptiles l. Yeah you might have to feed them a certain time but don't tell me you busy and need to do this quick and I see you on your phone. Maybe I will go again or maybe I won't.

The grooming salon does not separate pets with fleas from those that don't have fleas so you run the risk of bringing the pests home. I wish I had known this before I took my dog in for a bath but what's done is done. Hopefully this review will be helpful to someone else. Please do not book appointments here for your furry babies. It is not woth the heartache of watching them itch and scratch day and night. Plus they will tell you that if your pet is not on a flea and tick preventative then your pet got the fleas anywhere but this location. They could at least admit fault and offer a complimentary bath or bottle of flea and tick shampoo but they would rather lose business I guess.

When are you getting your Fresh Pet refrigerator fixed.. My dogs love Fresh Pet.. Lost of income for your store, when I customer walks out. Lost of tag on sale too.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. I went in yesterday because my cat left front nail broke. I had an appointment at 3:30 And didn't see the doctor until four. A nurse or front desk personal never came to say they'll be right with me. I was told they'll have to trim my cat front nail down, which meant administrating a sedative and a few hours of monitoring. Which WAS A LIE. I was told to leave my cat and pick him up in a few HOURS. 37 minutes went by and I got a call saying he's ready. When I get there, I noticed my cat limping. They cut down his BACK nail and he was bleeding badly. I explained what I came in for and made it VERY clear I was there for only one nail. They were dismissive and passive. I was charged 300 hundred dollars and not even a sorry. I will be taking this up with their General manager . I should have NOT BEEN CHARGED.

Manager there tonight was awesome as was cashier. They had a difficult customer in front of me and handled him with 100% professionalism. I didn't get her name, but I did attempt to call corporate for kudos. Good job manager :)
