In looking at the reviews in regard to appliances, I have to agree, don't waste your time buying here. Old washer crashed and we purchased a new one on a Friday and told that delivery would be the following Monday. Had to call the delivery number and long story short was told it would delivered until the following week. Went to the store to cancel purchase and get a refund. Because the washer was with the shipping company, they couldn't refund money until the following day. None of this is an acceptable way to do business. Come to find out that HD doesn't carry any appliances in stock (aside from low end items), all are ordered and delivered. Save yourself the frustration and deal with another company. Don't see myself going back to HD for anything in the future....
Do not waste your time at this store or give them your business. Such slow service and rude employees. When asking for help today, one employee said “hold on” and put up his finger to us and another said “aisle 6” as he walked away from us. No customer service. When checking out - the only lanes available were self service and the lady working the self checkout said she couldn’t add our military discount - leading us to go to customer service where we waited another 10 minuets to have the refund given. This is not the first poor experience we’ve had at this Home Depot. Go to Lowe’s instead - you’ll be happy you did.
I will never order my appliances from homedepot they have rescheduled my delivery 3 times first on December 5 cause they didn’t have my dishwasher but had my washer and dryer then changed it to December 12 but that got changed due to them having my dishwasher but not my washer and dryer this time. So they decided to change it to the December the 15 and this just got rescheduled to due the truck braking down. Save ur self time and money cause when u call them no one seems to be able to help and become disrespectful and hang up on you. I have went to the store twice and no one seems to help or want to help they throw everything on each other from the the main store to the 1800 to the third party bs delivery service I’m on my way to refund my appliance first and last time I shop at homedepot horrible Customer service
I have never had a good experience here. Staff is either not helpful or not present. Since it's closer to my home than Lowes, I would sometimes try just thinking to myself "well I only need this one simple thing, surely I can get that easily", nope. I went to pick up a board and decided to get it cut there and waited on a staff member with 5 other people for 5 minutes before deciding to leave. I don't like hoping for a business to fail but I do hope this location is replaced with something more useful.
The people here are always extremely helpful. Great personalities, great service, great prices. I appreciate it. There are definitely one of my go-to places.
