Today my family came for the first time on Thanksgiving. The atmosphere, the music, accommodations AND OUR WONDERFUL WAITRESS were absolutely GREAT!! Thank you for a great memory. Some had traditional meals others picked from menu. I loved the versatility!
Great customer service from Sara when I called to place a "take-out" order. Cashier was very pleasant, there was no wait time, Sara delivered my order and reviewed everything in my order. She was pleasant and had a great attitude with a friendly smile. Awesome carry out packaging, nice resuable bag and utensils. Felt like mom had packed me a care package. Extra special and nice surprise. Thank you!!!!
My goodness! We LOVE Cracker Barrel but the meal and service at this particular location may have changed our opinion! We were seated promptly which was a plus but after that everything was....less...
Our meals came out cold and not all at the same time. When there were some items that did not come the waitress took time to argue the point with us - told us what she knew we still needed and would be back with it. My son finally had to get up and walk to the kitchen opening and ask another server to hand him some syrup before three of us could even eat. The BLT came out with bread hard enough to tap a spoon on and crack!! I worked in food service - that meal sat under the lights too long! The "manager" came through toward the end and inquired how everything was - and we were honest and said "fair" - he never even slowed down to inquire further. So sad...
As usual, Cracker Barrel didn't disappoint. Comfort food at its best. Fast service with a smile and food that's good to your soul! So great to have southern food after being on the West Coast.
