The food was great and our server was amazing however the wait was way too long , we were told an estimated waiting time of 15 minutes and waited for 1 hour and 27 minutes. There was plenty of tables but they were all dirty a lot of personal to work but none working ; only our waiter and the poor hosts who was taking all the heat from the hungry and upset customers.
I sat there for over 30 mins waiting on an appetizer panseared pot stickers; it was not busy the waitress never even went to check to see what was taking so long just stood at the bar running her mouth. none the less I left with absolutely no lunch and ended up having to stop somewhere to grab lunch making me late for work. Worst experience ever. No apology from the waitress herself just one from the young lady at the door.
11/11/17 @ 7:00 pm - Stood next to this table for 30+ minutes waiting to be seated. At least 3-4 more tables were also dirty for the same amount of time. The restaurant seemed very under staffed for a Saturday night.
Should have known when it took a hostess 10 min to seat us. The server took another 10 min to greet us. Ordered 2 beers only had one left ordered another kind out. Finally asked what do you have. The chicken wings and fries were cold. Other guest asking manager for help getting bill. Worst dining experience ever. Need new management, wait staff needs more training and new cooks. No wonder they had no customers
The food is great. Everything I have eaten there is quite tasty. I gave it 3 stars because it takes so long to get your food. Tonight, I placed a to go order at 6:06 and my order was not brought to me until 6:42 pm. Why is that an issue? I was told it would take no more than 20 minutes, this isn't the first time this has happened, and I had to ask one of the three people standing at the bar to please check on my order. When I asked the young lady if she was a manager, she said yes - but offered no explanation or apology. I understand how busy restaurants can get this time of year. But, this has happened too often here. That is why I felt it necessary to write a review.
